True Real Estate Value provides real estate auctioneers and/or auction companies with high quality referral leads at no upfront cost. Leads are filtered based on multiple factors such as property type, owners overall selling motivation, equity position, preferred auction type, and understanding of upfront marketing costs associated with an auction. All leads are phone verified and exclusive, meaning they are sent to only one auctioneer and/or auction company in our network.
We are always looking for top real estate auctioneers in selective areas so we can connect the seller with the best fit for their particular selling situation. There are no monthly fees and auctioneers and/or auction companies cannot pay to join.
What we ask of you is simple. You follow up with the lead with the same urgency and attention that we do. You pay True Real Estate Value the negotiated referral fee if the lead results in a transaction closing.
Here's How It Works
You must apply and be accepted into our network before we can send you qualified leads. The application process is simple and straightforward. Acceptance is based on industry experience, service area knowledge, past sales, and so on.
True Real Estate Value receives a lead and initially evaluates the lead as a potential strong auction candidate. The preliminary evaluation is based on answers to multiple questions dealing with the owners property and overall selling motivation. If the lead is a strong auction candidate, True Real Estate Value contacts the customer and verifies seller motivation as well as contact information.
True Real Estate Value sends the customer lead information via email (or phone) to the auctioneer and/or auction company. The lead contains specific property information and seller motivation specifics, but does not include customer contact information. The auctioneer/auction company evaluates the lead and decides whether or not the lead merits further follow up.
The customer is contacted and given specific details in regards to the company name as well as the name of the company representative that will personally be contacting them. The customer is asked which day and/or time is most convenient to be contacted and is noted.
The customer lead with all contact information is immediately sent to the auctioneer/auction company detailing preferred contact times. If the customer is available anytime, we recommend contacting the lead immediately; as you would with your own company generated leads. You then do what you do best and begin the process of potentially securing the listing and, ultimately, closing the transaction.
